ITC Introduces Tool-less Connectors
Aug. 27, 2007 — ITC (Instant
Tool-less Connector), a division of The Quest Group announces
its new cost-effective series of nickel-plated connectors
to complement its existing line of well-accepted gold connectors.
ITC's patented connector system provides a quick and cost-effective
alternative to soldering or compression systems. ITC's connectors
do not require a tool for termination, a significant benefit
for residential and commercial A/V system installers.
The ITC tool-less system lowers costs by reducing termination
time, complexity, and failure rate. The new nickel-plated
series of ITC connectors is available in F, BNC, and RCA
connector configurations for 18-AWG, 20-AWG and 24-AWG
coax cable. Additional models will be available at the
end of Q3. Prices range from 60 cents to $1.60 each.
