ITC Launches HDMI™ Electronics Line-up
Proprietary technologies bring added quality/features to the custom installation community

IRVINE, Calif. — September 5, 2008 —More displays, more sources, longer distances. HDMI needs to be split, distributed and pampered through every room of the house. In addition to its high performance range of HDMI cable products, the company has risen to the challenge with its first series of HDMI electronics that are being demonstrated at this week’s CEDIA Expo in Denver.

Seven new products including two distribution amplifiers, two switchers and a family of HDMI of Cat baluns make up the initial launch platform.

Features include:

• Rack mountable – all
• HDMI 1.3 and HDCP compliance – all
• Flexible control options; auto, manual, IR and RS 232 – Switchers
• Smart Resolution Management™ assures highest common resolution to all active displays – Distribution Amplifiers
• Mix and match rack-mounted or wall plate solutions, optional jitter-control version – HDMI over Cat

The company is also introducing a field termination solution for HDMI as well as a new HDMI product range, Series 10, that provides another breakthrough in transmitting error free high-speed data where length is required. These new offerings will be demonstrated at ITC’s exhibit at Booth 492 during the CEDIA Expo in Denver.
